Looks like the huricane season is likely finnished so you should not have too much trouble getting to Bermuda and back.

Flying weather has improved and I am testing out the new GPS with the realtime weather overlay on the moving map. Something you may want to consider. The Garmin unit is easy to navigate and quite accurate as well as reasonable.
