Delighted to catch up with your exploits, Sandy Burnett gave me your website last week.

Tom moved to London in September, so Cheyne Street was disposed of very swiftly so that he and sister (Toni) can set themselves up in Fulham.

Sad news is that Ernie Smart passed away swiftly and quietly on Monday.

Wendy, Tom, Toni and I send you our best wishes for a Happy Christmas in a balmy sea, wish I was with you!
